Hey! Gunnar here, I was born and raised in Sioux Falls/Hartford. So for me, this city is my home and I am passionate about helping grow my community and contribute any way I can.
I founded my own Real Estate Investment Company in 2015 at age 20 and have been deeply involved in the real estate market all over the nation ever since. Purchasing investments and problem properties is still my main focus but I am also a licensed Broker in the state of South Dakota and am co-owner of HOME Realty Sioux Falls. This further helps me provide expert real estate advice and market knowledge, along with giving every person I work with multiple strategies to fully serve their needs with their home.
Our vision is clear: to establish a versatile real estate company capable of navigating any scenario within a transaction.
